Sand and Surf is a small condo, 20 units total. Each unit is individually owned and a few of them are occupied full time by the owners.

Each condo is a fully equipped home. Floor plans are identical and all have one bedroom. But the sleeping arrangements vary greatly, from a unit with two full beds to one with two beds in the bedroom and two futons in the living room. Every unit has a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, full-sized range and oven. And, of course, each has a coffee maker to help you awake for that early morning fishing trip or to get to the beach in time to watch the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico.
Port Aransas is more than a great place to vacation. It is a fishing center and a touchstone for birding enthusiasts. It is often home to magnificent sand castles with colorful kites guarding its beaches. Dolphins play in the channel, escorting monstrous ships to and from the sea. It’s a place where many people choose to shun autos and walk or bike instead. It provides a home for numerous excellent restaurants. City parks host summertime entertainment. There are miles of beach begging to be combed. Port Aransas is more than a tourist site, a fishing village or a beach. Port Aransas is an Attitude unto itself. Don’t expect to experience it on these pages; come feel it.
